These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and zeta7. By registering an account or accessing any part of the zeta7 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. 1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to the zeta7 platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter during your use of the platform.
- You are accessing the platform as an individual, on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the zeta7 platform or had your account closed by zeta7 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not a director, employee, consultant, contractor, or agent of zeta7, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
- You are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted.
By creating an account on zeta7, you warrant and represent that you meet all of the eligibility criteria set out above. zeta7 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse, suspend, or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to our reasonable satisfaction.
3. Account Registration
To access real money games and betting on zeta7, you must register an account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each player is permitted to hold one and only one account on the zeta7 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any pending balances or bonuses.
3.2 Accurate Information. You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must not use a pseudonym, alias, or false identity. zeta7 is not responsible for any losses or delays arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any other person. zeta7 will treat any activity carried out using your account credentials as having been carried out by you and you alone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team at [email protected] immediately.
3.4 KYC Verification. zeta7 reserves the right to request KYC documentation from any player at any time. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until the matter is resolved.
3.5 Right to Decline Registration. zeta7 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason for that decision.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zeta7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and direct bank transfer to accounts held at major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and others. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit at zeta7 is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. zeta7 does not charge any fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own service charges.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad, and within one to three business days for bank transfers and card withdrawals, subject to completed KYC verification. zeta7 does not charge any withdrawal fee. Delays may occur if additional verification is required.
4.4 Own Payment Methods Only. Players may only deposit using payment methods that are registered in their own name. Deposits made using a third party's payment account will be returned and the depositing account may be suspended pending investigation. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
4.5 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. This is a standard fraud-prevention measure applied uniformly across all player accounts.
4.6 Bonus Funds. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements attached to any bonus are stated in the terms of that promotional offer. Real money funds deposited by the player are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the processing timeframes above.
4.7 Refused Withdrawals. zeta7 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, zeta7 will notify the player and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
zeta7 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions around events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, the BPL, and ICC cricket tournaments. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:
5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers are available to players who hold a fully verified account in good standing. Players who have opened multiple accounts, engaged in bonus abuse, or breached any part of these Terms & Conditions are not eligible for promotional offers.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as stated in the specific promotion terms) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements and the games that contribute toward them are stated clearly in each promotion's individual terms.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses carry an expiry date and time, stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonuses and any associated winnings that have not been used or wagered before the expiry date will be removed from the player's account automatically.
5.4 One Bonus at a Time. Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits the stacking of offers. Opting in to a new promotion while another bonus is active may result in the existing bonus being forfeited.
5.5 Abuse and Misuse. zeta7 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings derived from bonuses, and close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, coordinating play with other accounts, or exploiting promotional terms in a way not consistent with genuine recreational gameplay.
5.6 Amendments. zeta7 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and accepted by eligible players under the original terms.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
As a player on the zeta7 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms & Conditions at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure:
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any point during registration, KYC, or any subsequent interaction with zeta7.
- Opening or operating more than one account on the zeta7 platform.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or collude with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
- Engaging in any form of money laundering or using the platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
- Sharing account credentials with another person or allowing a third party to operate your account.
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
- Engaging in offensive, abusive, or threatening communications directed at zeta7 staff or other players via any support or community channel.
- Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming tool or restriction that has been applied to your account.
- Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith where the transaction in question represents a genuine deposit made by the player.
zeta7 employs a range of risk management, fraud detection, and security monitoring tools. All account activity is subject to review. Where a breach of these obligations is detected, zeta7 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold any pending balance pending investigation, void any bonus-derived winnings, and refer the matter to relevant authorities where appropriate.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the zeta7 platform — including but not limited to the zeta7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to zeta7 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the zeta7 platform solely for your personal, recreational, and non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the zeta7 platform without prior written consent.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on any zeta7 content or software.
- Remove or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary rights notice from any zeta7 material.
- Use the zeta7 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without explicit written authorisation from zeta7.
Game content available through the zeta7 platform is provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Intellectual property rights in those games remain with the respective studios. zeta7's licence to provide that content to players does not confer any intellectual property rights on players in relation to those games.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Platform Availability. While zeta7 endeavours to maintain continuous, uninterrupted platform availability, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from technical errors, downtime, or interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseeable outages may occur. zeta7 will not be liable for any losses arising directly or indirectly from platform unavailability.
8.2 Gambling Losses. zeta7 is not responsible for any gambling losses incurred by players during normal gameplay. All games are conducted fairly using certified random number generators, and outcomes are determined independently. 8.4 Force Majeure. zeta7 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay arises from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or acts of war.
8.5 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zeta7's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Closure by Player. You may request the closure of your zeta7 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be refunded to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC verification.
9.2 Closure by zeta7. zeta7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- The player has provided false or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
- Suspicious activity, fraud, or money laundering is detected on the account.
- The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
- A self-exclusion request has been processed for the account.
- zeta7 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
9.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a self-exclusion period from their account settings. Available self-exclusion durations include 30 days, 90 days, six months, one year, and permanent self-exclusion. During an active self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended and they will not receive promotional communications from zeta7. Requests to lift a self-exclusion before the agreed period has elapsed will be subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before any action is taken. 9.4 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. zeta7 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee of up to ৳200 per month to dormant accounts after this period. Players will be notified before any fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required verification steps.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
10.1 Amendments to Terms. zeta7 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players by email or by a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.
10.2 Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your account or any transaction on zeta7, you should contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. Our team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and work toward a fair resolution within five business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter in writing, and a senior member of the team will review the case independently.
10.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translation (if provided for informational purposes), the English version shall prevail.
10.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms & Conditions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
10.5 Entire Agreement. These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on zeta7.vip, constitute the entire agreement between you and zeta7 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
